Colleen Robinson with Nature’s Good Company\, LLC and Luke Saunders of Blue Heron Stewardship\, LLC are partnering to provide this certification course\, open to all adults. Cost is $200. Colleen will share simple practices for slowing down and noticing how we are all made of the interactions with each other. Whether you long for a chance to just be\, or you feel cooped up and antsy\, this practice can help. Come see how simply be-ing\, with curiosity\, frees your spirit\, reduces stress\, and reveals the truth that you belong. We may be indoors or outside as is comfortable\, mostly sitting or standing in one place. Come to relax\, re-center\, remember\, and refresh. Leave feeling more connected and grateful. We may go outside for a brief time as is comfortable. We will mostly sit or stand in one place.
