Join our team kickoff!  We welcome all members to get involved.

Chairpersons and/or members of the teams will be available to answer any questions, you may have.  Some teams only meet once a month and others may meet every month.  Check with the Chairperson for more details.

TEAM EXPECTATIONS:

• Conduct at least one meeting per year and aim to meet monthly.
• Everyone should have a specific role that aligns with their strengths.
• Share the roles and responsibilities with the entire team, ensuring everyone understands and agrees.
• For a team to be truly effective, its members must unite with the same vision and be motivated to bring that vision to life. They must share clear, measurable goals, and be committed to each play their part in the overall success of the group.
• Identify the source and impact of any confusion and conflict and discuss it openly and respectfully with the team members involved.
